JAPANESE HEMP
This variety of Hemp is of excellent quality; it appears in trade in the form of very thin ribbons, smooth and glossy, of a light straw colour. Hemp is the oldest textile fibre used in Japan. It is now cultivated in California because of its fineness and quality.
